Special Interests
Dr. DePeri has a special interest in surgery for Morbid Obesity (Bariatric Surgery). He performs Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass, Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy, and Laproscopic Adjustable Gastric Band placement as well as laparoscopic and open revisional bariatric surgery.
He also enjoys spending time with his kids and going to Jaguar games.
Dr. DePeri has had specialized training in advanced laparoscopic (minimally invasive) surgical procedures and routinely performs these procedures. They are as follows:
- Laparoscopic Hernia repair (groin & abdominal)
- Laparoscopic Hiatal Hernia repair for esophageal reflux disease (GERDS)
- Laparoscopic resection of the colon & small bowel
- Laparoscopic Appendectomy
- Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
- Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy
- Hemorrhoidectomy
